A copy of your company’s Carrier Packet
All forms that your carriers are required to agree to (i.e. Customer Carrier Agreements, Worker's Comp Waivers, Quick Pay Agreements, etc...) ALL OF YOUR FORMS MUST BE UPLOADED AS ONE DOCUMENT. You cannot upload multiple files.
A credit card or PayPal. If you are paying annually, a check payment is permitted and an invoice will be sent after the account is created
Keep in mind, you can update or change any and all data and/or forms later when you login. In addition to making changes, you will be able to add secondary users who will be able to send carrier packets and perform basic tasks.
Only you will have the ability to make changes to your company’s Online Carrier Packet.
